How This Program Works

Step 1: Enrollment + Setup

Once you enroll, you will receive your tracking document and detailed instructions. You will also receive daily reminders through BodySite to support consistency throughout the process.

Step 2: 2-Week Eating Pattern Tracking

Over the next 14 days, you will track your normal eating habits.

You will log:

-What you eat
-Approximate timing of meals
-Hunger levels (optional but encouraged)
-Mood, stress, and cravings (as applicable)

Important:
You are not expected to eat “perfectly.”
The goal is to capture your real-life patterns, not ideal behavior.

Step 3: Nutriophysiology Analysis

Once your tracking period is complete and your document has been submitted, your information will be analyzed using a structured Nutriophysiology framework to identify key patterns and underlying drivers of your eating behavior:

-Eating pattern flow (timing, consistency, structure)
-Blood sugar patterns and energy fluctuations
-Behavioral and emotional triggers
-Nutritional gaps and imbalances
-Recurring behavior loops that may be keeping you stuck

This is not surface-level feedback—it is a comprehensive interpretation of your patterns and their underlying drivers.

Step 4: Analysis & Results

Once your tracking period is complete and your document has been submitted, your eating patterns will be analyzed using a structured Nutriophysiology framework.

You will receive a detailed analysis document outlining:

-A clear breakdown of your eating patterns
-Insight into how these patterns are affecting your energy, cravings, and behavior
-Identification of your primary pattern or cycle
-3–5 targeted action steps to begin making meaningful changes

What You Will Gain

By the end of this process, you will have:

-Clear insight into your current eating patterns
-A deeper understanding of the behavioral and physiological drivers behind them
-Greater awareness of what is influencing your energy, cravings, and consistency
-A focused set of changes to begin improving your habits
-A more structured and informed approach to your nutrition moving forward
